Flash satay - Flash Satay is a method of coding for display of Flash video content in (X)HTML while adhering to the w3c standards. It was developed by Drew McLellan and announced in his article "Flash Satay: Embedding Flash While Supporting Standards", a copy of which may be found online here.
Macromedia Flash - Macromedia Flash, or simply Flash, refers to both the Macromedia Flash Player and to a multimedia authoring program used to create content for it. The Flash Player, developed and distributed by Adobe Systems (formerly by Macromedia), is a client application available in most web browsers.

In layman's terms, it is a form of rewritable memory chip that, unlike a Random Access Memory chip, holds its content without the need of a power supply.
Cloaking - Cloaking is a search engine optimization technique in which the content presented to the search engine spider is different from that presented to the users' browser; this is done by delivering content based on the IP addresses or the User-Agent HTTP header of whatever is requesting the page. The only legitimate uses for cloaking used to be for delivering content to users that search engines couldn't parse, like Macromedia Flash.
